Waylon had his first visit with his pediatrician on Monday morning (06/25/07).
He did really good and the doctor said he was "perfect". He tried to find something wrong...and just couldn't. He said it was a matter of pride for him to be able to find something....but he just couldn't find anything wrong with our baby boy.
He probably say's that to all new parents...but hey...it feels great to hear it anyway.

This is your Aunt Teresa and Aunt Kyle. Congratulations! on that baby boy. We both understand why you two are so excited, and proud of that him. Enjoy these moments with Waylon before your parents arrive - since they are 'experienced' parents and will have some 'good' advice for you two. You know we are just kidding with you. How precious your little one is. He looks like he is going to be a character when he grows up. We wish you were here with us so we could hold and spoil him. Come back to Illinois soon. We love you. I hope Waylon got to enjoy some hot dogs for the Fourth of July. One of these days, Waylon, your uncle Fred will buy you and your dad a dog at a Cards' game....when they're losing to the Brewers.
He is gorgeous! Thanks so much for coming out to school to visit with him Jess! Loved meeting your mom and seeing you and Waylon again. You both are looking awesome! What a cool idea for this blog! Love it!
